FAQs

What are your hours?

We are open Sunday and Monday by appointment only, Tuesday - Friday from 12:00-4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are also available via appointment outside of those hours. Just shoot us an email or give us a call to schedule an appointment that works for you. 

Do I need an appointment?

No! We are happy to welcome walk-ins any day of the week. However if you wish to have dedicated service during your appointment, we would recommend scheduling with our team by clicking here

Are there restrictions on how many guests can come with me to my appointment?

Not at all. Bring on the bridal troops! If you know you have are bringing a big group, we just ask that you let us know when you make the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate!

What sizes do you carry?

We have a variety of designers that cater to a wide range of sizes and body types. Depending on the designer, we can order from sizes 0-36. Come in and we will work to find something that fits just right. 

Can I request a specific designer?

We are always open to hearing your designer requests. Since we are a bridal boutique, we can’t promise that we can get them, we are happy try. If there is a designer that you're looking for that we carry or a specific dress, we are happy to help you look through catalogs and the dresses we have in store to find exactly what you want. 

Can I order a specific dress and if so how long will it take to come in?

You can order a dress from any of our designers. Order times usually range from 10 weeks to 14 weeks depending on the designer and the dress. If you have a specific dress in mind, please send us an email and we can give you a more accurate estimate.

What other dresses do you carry other than bridal?

We carry a wide variety of formal dresses, Mother of the Bride or Groom dresses, flower girl dresses and select prom styles. 

Do you sell bridal accessories?

We have tiaras, veils, gloves and belts. If there is an accessory you're specifically looking for, let us know and we'll see what we can do.  

Can I book a private appointment when the store is closed?

Yes! If you are interested in having a one-on-one experience, contact us and ask about our private appointments!

What is the average price range for a bridal gown?

Most of our dresses range from around $750 to $2,400. If you have a specific budget you are working in, let us know. 

Can I buy off the rack?

Some of our styles can be purchased off the rack, if budget or time is an issue. However, we always encourage ordering to get the best quality and exactly what you want!

On average, how long does it take to get dresses in?

It really depends on the designer and the dress. But on average, it can be anywhere from 10 weeks to 14 weeks.

Do you allow rush orders?

Yes! Not every designer or every dress allows a rush cut, but we can do that for the ones that do allow it for a small fee.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do. We don’t ever want price to keep you from the dress you love! We will work together to set up a fair plan for your situation and agree on the terms. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of this business, all sales are final. 

How will I be contacted when my dress arrives or for scheduling fittings?

We will get your contact information at your first appointment. You can at that time choose to be contacted via text, phone call or email.

Can alterations be done in house?

Yes. We have an alterations department and they are fantastic! As soon as you choose a dress, we will discuss alterations and bring in one of our team members to help advise on those adjustments. 

Do I have to use someone from your alterations department?

No! Of course, we recommend them, but you are not required to use them!
